Welcome to our award-winning bakery, café and pie shop in Tasmania, established since 1982. At Oliver's, we’re passionate about baking and it shows in every pastry, pie, sandwich and cake that we serve. Everything we sell in our bakery café is made from scratch each morning using fresh Aussie ingredients, from our pastries to our cakes, as well as our sandwiches, salads and breads.

We’re now proud to offer our customers in Tasmania a huge selection of baked goods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as scrumptious cake creations and a full bread catering service for special occasions.
